- There is a pattern of complaints about a specific store or return issue
- Your experience highlights a broader consumer rights concern

- Our primary goal is to improve transparency and accuracy for all users
We are not a substitute for contacting the retailer directly, but we do welcome opportunities to raise visibility on larger issues.
